Through the booking form we collect your name, phone number and email address, together with the date, time, number of guests and any notes you add (for example, allergies). We use them to manage and confirm your booking and, where necessary, to contact you about it.

The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the customer relationship lasts and thereafter for the periods required by law to address potential liabilities and tax obligations. You may request erasure at any time.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes. The following providers process it on our behalf:

Vercel Inc. — website hosting
Supabase — reservations database
Resend — reservation email delivery

If you book accommodation you will be redirected to the external booking engine direct-book.com, which applies its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@xaletcoromina.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
